Absolutely, membership levels can be extended as long as you would like and can be cancelled anytime.

Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) are three terms associated with a person’s “right of publicity.” In July of 2021, it was determined that student-athletes could profit from the publicity of their NIL. Previously, the NCAA had ruled that this was impermissible.’ NIL activities resulting in payment to student-athletes are called “deliverables.” These vary widely but common examples include post/re-posts and other “influencing” on social media, business endorsements, autographs, public and media appearances, advertising, volunteering with non-profit organizations and promoting their mission.

Saw Mill Collective is the official entity dedicated to recognizing and capitalizing on name, image, and likeness opportunities for student-athletes at Stephen F. Austin State University. Rooted in the rich tradition of SFA athletics, our primary goal is to foster community building, empower our players, and achieve success as a united front. Your involvement in Saw Mill Collective, whether through philanthropic contributions or corporate sponsorship, directly supports our athletes in achieving these objectives while also ensuring SFA Athletics maintains its prominent position in college athletics. Supporters of Saw Mill Collective can select the facet that aligns best with their interests, whether it be charitable giving or business sponsorship, and contribute to our cause accordingly.

100% of all donations go directly to student athletes, the Saw Mill Collective does not take any percentage of donations. We are comprised of proud alumni and volunteers who want to see SFA athletics succeed.
